Mileage and service book

I bought a car at Hyundai Woodmead on the 30th of June 2017. The sales lady(Mpho Nkosi) and I agreed that I was gonna get a 2016 demo car instead I got a used car. This I confirmed upon getting a service book that has both mine and the previous owners details. We also had an agreement that it only has a 20 000km milage however the service show 46 950km milage. My other concern is that I have not received my second pair of keys, triangle, wheel spanner and a contract. Today I took the car for a service at a different branch which confirmed in writing that the car has no service plan. I have contacted them with this information but the response from Kulani the branch manager did not satisfy me.
