Visited the dealership on 23 January and was given a quote of a new Hyundai i10. Several extras included in the quotation. When picking up car, extras had not been added and dealership claimed they could not honour the deal as the salesman "made a mistake". Salesman repeatedly told untruths (despite written evidence to the contrary). Management intervention failed to resolve issue as more promises were made that were not honoured in the time frame promised. I was also dealt with very aggressively by the salesman. None of the financial protocols required by industry or law were followed at the time of the sale. I believe I was deliberately misled by the dealership into buying the car.
