Marketing Gimmicks and Sales Pitches

Hyundai East Rand did a brilliant job in providing me with a excellent deal that made me move from buying a second hand car to a brand new car. They promised to pay me 2x Instalments as part of the deal and now that the time has come to pay up they all silent. I have done all the running around as though I did something wrong. The sale person has admitted that the 2x instalments was a marketing gimmick yet Hyundai East Rand is still carrying on like nothing happen.<br> <br> Their customer care department (ironically called icare) are useless. The national manager customer care reads all my emails and just sits back and watches. Until I questioned his position then suddenly he sends the dealer principle an email.<br> <br> To this day, they are uninterested in doing anything about their blatant lies. I have all the emails to support what i'm saying. For a company that makes beautiful cars, the people running the show are pathetic and no match to the product.<br> <br> Do not buy any cars from Hyundai East Rand, you are bound to be caught in the scheming marketing tactics.
