Malfunctioning factory entertainment system

In 2020 i bought a 2018 hyundai i20 Active at hatfield hyundai with <16000km and now its 2022 and has a problem with radio which does not respond to mute messages command and also it cannot mirror any android or apple device.

I took it to roodepoort hyundai to ask for help and they said they can’t figure out what’s wrong so they won’t be able to help me.
