Lying & bad service

<p>Bought an i20 & collected it on the 30th August 2016. I traded in my Toyota Yaris and was suppose to receive 40k cash back within 48 hours of collecting & signing the documents for the car. Sadly to date I've received 25k two weeks later & 6weeks later told that my paper work has been lost and the sales man had to redo it, which he said he had but it's the 16 October 2016 & I'm yet to receive the remaining R15 000. As a result of their poor service & incompetence my finances are in coplete havoc and not even 1 person has saw it fit to call and explain anything to me, I always have to call the sales man and he sends me from pillar to post and ends up ignoring my calls.</p>
