Lost car

If I could rate the a 0 (zero) star I would, Tuesday I took my car to Hyundai bellville because i was experiencing problems with my clutch and I combined it with my service, I was assisted by a gentleman Jerome, he advised that everything was fine and he adjusted the clutch, but at the back of the invoice made a note that it needed replacing, something he was suppose to tell me about before giving me the actual car coz on the front he wrote everything was fine and car drives as per normal, Friday evening at around 8:45 my car got stuck at the N2 Nelson Mandela boulevard, I called Hyundai roadside assist and the only got to me 23:03, which the experience was scary and could’ve been avoided if Jerome wasn’t as negligent and actually did his job, now I’m a female stuck on the road in the middle of nowhere at night. Fast forward the tow eventually gets to me, and they asked me where I want my car to be dropped and I tell them bellville dealership, but do they do that no, Saturday I called to ask where my car was and I was advised it will dropped off at Hyundai bellville, this morning I call bellville they don’t have the car… I car the towing company DNR they say car was dropped off Hyundai paardan eiland, I had to call paardan eiland and guess what they have no record of the car and it’s not with them…. Now I’m sitting with a problem with a broken missing car and seems to know where the car is, worse service ever!!!!
