Livid client with no assistance from Hyundai road assistance

Good day,

I am very livid that I was stranded with my car at the petrol station after parking my car to buy bread at 6pm when I needed to start the car, the key was not turning, I called the garage attendants to assist me and they tried to every possible trick on google to start the ignition but it was not barging, I had my kids with me stranded with no further assistance that i called customer care and road side assistance all to no avail. This incidence happened on the 7th of October 2024 at Astron garage near maraisburg.Why is the roadside assistance not available to assist 24/7 as advertised on the internet, any thing could have happened. I am stranded with a car what does not want to start at all.Who is going to assist me to get this car sorted?
