Limp mode

last week, I was driving on the N12 (high way) at 100kmh with my Hyundai creta 2021. Slippery sign came on and the car breaks in the middles of the road, speeds drops to 20kmh. I try to accelerate but slippery sign and breaking gets worse. I don't proceed I leave the car and call road assistance. They pick up the car take to the Boksburg dealership. They call me and advise they have reset the car everything is back to normal it was limp mode. I than asked if it will happen again as I was concern for my safety, answer no sir we can not know this things happen. As I breath in and out they than tell me I must pay for the towing because they couldn't claim under warranty for resetting the car in the same sentence they say it is not safe to drive limp mode car. How is it fair I must pay for towing while they have acknowdged the car had issues and it was not safe to drive. A brand new car within 6 months had been taken in 2 times for breaking issues. I ran away from used car to avoid all this but I am stuck with a new car which is not reliable.
