Leaking Hyundai

Hi Guys,

I just wanted to find out from the general public (more especially if anyone has purchased a Hyundai from the Hyundai Durban South branch) if they have experienced zero effort from the staff there.

I bought my Hyundai about 10 months ago from the Durban South Branch and because we hardly ever have extreme bad weather in Durban I did not notice water from the outside somehow filters into the fuse box.

However, due to the recent storm in Durban I opened my car and it was completely soaked in the inside and the water was coming out of the Fuse OBD box on the drivers side.

I've email and called the branch numerous times and absolutely no one has come back to me. I literally am getting lifts from colleagues because I'm sitting with a new car that has an issue that no one seems to be interested in solving.

I'm at my wits end, any relevant and helpful advise would be much appreciated.
