its money costing to buy a car at Hyundai - they dont serve us right

Once the sales agent has sealed the deal, they don't care...I bought a car at Hyundai the glen on the 31/01/2024 but till now i have not received my number plate and the permit has expired. my car was impounded and i tried calling the glen with no luck to get assistance. i had to pay R3600 and the car instalment. i feel like they are never considerate.
