incorrect information

<p>I app**** for finance for a car. I do not have a drivers but my husband does and was getting a gift for him. Which i told every dealer that called me and no1 told me it will be a problem as long as i can send a copy of his driver. I received a call at about 10 o clock yesterday to say that i have been approved and that the salesman Romeo (hyundai woodmead)was leaving soon to go pick up the car from the other dealer. I than got a call from someone helping with insurance which she said Romeo had giving them all my details to help with the insurance all went well and i choose which insurance to go with which was MiWay i spoke to a guy there and all was again all was sorted. I got all my documents and policy number for the car.</p> <p>At about 3ish i received a call from the branch saying i must sign a form for them to do a itc check on my husband on his befalf since its a surprise. I than questioned why its needs to be done if i already got approved and sorted the insurance out already. She than told me if his on itc i will than be declined After they have already approved me! I spoke to Romeo this morning and he said they sorting it out and will let me know. No call since than. I also received a call from head office by a lady named Charmaine. Who knows about the story and also said she will phone Woodmead and find out what happened. And also no call back. Im extremely disappointed with what happened. You cannot give something to someone and than last minute take it back! That Polo thats at Woodmead has insurance on my name yet i do not have it.</p> <p>I really am extremely upset as i was so excited knowing im going to get a car soon and my husband would of been just as excited. But nothing. I spent half the day on the phone with everyone yesterday getting everything together so i could leave work and get my husband and go get the car but NOTHING. No1 has let me know whats happening.</p> <p> </p>
