Incompetence

When I bought my car I was told that it had a spear key, but they still had to get it from previews owner. After calling Johan Engelbrecht at least once a week for four months and promises of them sorting it out , but him never calling me back they finally agreed to make me one. I was told to bring my car in and that I will have it back in 3 days {making a key only takes 24 hours} , so I did.... It's four days later, I have a bunch of excuses and empty promises but no car and they cant tell me when I am getting it back. Even now if I want to find out where my car is I need to phone them.
