Impossible to get a repair done

I was driving my IX-35 back from JHB to Polokwane, and after about an hour, the air conditioning fan's strength deteriorated. It was on automatic, which at first I thought was the problem, when I switched it to manual and selected the highest speed there was nothing. I took it to Huyndai Polokwane, as my vehicle is still under warranty, and explained to the service adviser when I booked it for Thursday (14 December). The car was there the whole day, they contacted me twice, once to offer a repair on my windscreen and once about replacing break pads. When I collected my vehicle, nothing was done. They said they couldn't find any problems, then someone called Danie spoke to me. Again, I explained in detail what happened, he assured me that they will find the problem, I just need to bring it in again on Friday (15 December). It was there before 8, at 2 I phoned for an update and I was told they will phone me back after lunch... When I got there, not only did they not repair the issue, the unit inside the car had been scratched. Danie got irritated with me, because I asked him that after I spent 15 minutes explaining exactly to him what the problem was, they couldn't find or repair the problem in the 8 hours my car was standing there. Not only that, they didn't even bother washing it, it now has water marks along the one side and the window. I will absolutely never buy a Hyundai again, the workshop is pathetic at best, and Danie himself tried his utmost to use technical jargon to try to explain why he had no idea what the fault was. When I got there the day before, I suggested they test the resistance on the fan itself to see if the fan was faulty, obviously they ignored me. I would do it myself, but I don't want to lose my warranty.
