Important Disclosures

I purchased a new Hyundai grand I10 from the springfield branch in durban and as a new car owner I was not advised that the vehicle does not come with an alarm system, Zaheer did not advised me on the security features as I was told the car comes fully loaded. after discovering the car does not have the alarm, I spoke to Zaheer who mentioned that I have to pay extra for the alarm which is not fair according to the CPA act I have the right to disclosure of important information and the right to value, good quality and safty. Zaheer has spoken to his Manager who gave no positive response. I am extremely dissapointed with the service and the fact that I have to pay for the alarm that was not included or mentioned in my deal. I will not recommend Hyundai to any of my friends and family.
