IMPERIAL/HYUNDAI WELTEVREDENPARK SAYS YOU ARE WELCOME!

Last week I needed to have a stoplight replaced at Imperial/Hyundai. I usually make use of the Hyundai Service Centre near Westgate Roodepoort but decided to approach the service centre in Weltevredenpark. This would be my first interaction with the Weltevredenpark centre. Usually customers pay for service but friendliness is not paid for, so friendliness is not what what we expect and rarely receive. It's a bonus if we do! Well, I was in for a surprise that really made my day. My request was a small one so I expected to be in-and-out within a matter of minutes. While the stoplight was being replaced, the friendliness of this staffmember really got my attention. I drove away knowing where my next vehicle will be purchased. A big thumbs up to Imperial/Hyundai in Weltevredenpark. A special thanks to the gentleman for your friendliness, no matter how "small" the problem was. You are a huge asset to this company.
