Imperial Hyuandia Weltevredenpark - Tuson 1.6 TGDI DCT AWD **** car and no service drom the delivership

I bought a brand new Hyundai Tuscon 1.6 TGDI Elite DCT AWD from Imperial Hyuandia Weltevredenpark in December 2016, but from day one I’ve been having issues with the auto gearbox and the clutch. 1st time I complained to the service manager and workshop manager they told me it's the way i drive !!! I've been taking the car to the on multiple times and every time is a different excuse -- they need to update the software or wait for a part that’s already being shipped. They have not once phone me to tell me the part is available or confirmed that it’s a factory problem with this car !! Have to say the new Hyundai Tuscon is **** car and after service from Hyundai Weltevredenpark is nonexistence. I will advise all who is looking at buying a Hyundai Tuscon DCT AWD to stay away, especially from Imperial Hyuandia Weltevredenpark as the staff is not even capable in returning your call. I have to phone Este Stolterfoth every time to get an update..
