Impeccable service - Ronald Redelinghuys

I would like to draw your attention to the absolutely outstanding service I received from Ronald during a purchase recently at Hyundai East Rand. I have had the blessing of purchasing a few vehicles from dealerships over the last 10 years, and never have I worked with, or met, a sales person who displays the effort and commitment Ronald does to ensure the customer is happy. Not only did Ronald ensure I was happy, but far exceeded my expectation in every aspect of this transaction.<br> <br> To give you a brief description of the items that stuck out to me:<br> o Ronald sat at another dealership for 4 hours getting the vehicle transferred to Hyundai East Rand so I could have my OTP by the next day.<br> o He sat at Mercedes Benz for 2 hours when they finished the vehicle service late to ensure I would have it on the day and time promised.<br> o I understand that there was some complication about payment for the service and Mercedes would not release the vehicle without payment. Ronald paid in excess of R3000 from his own pocket to get the vehicle released so my expectation on delivery could be fulfilled.<br> <br> I essence I am in awe of the level of effort that Ronald has put in to this purchase.
