Ignore customer complaints

<p>my daughter complained about clutch judder at the last 2 services of her 2013 i 10 at Hyundai Plumstead. This was not resolved. I then tried to book the car at Paarden Eiland ( via e-mail,last Friday )---no response.</p> <p>I then mailed Customer Service on Monday ( " we will resond within 24 hours " )---still no reply...</p> <p>What is up with Hyundai ? It is pointless advertising your new 200,000km/7 year warranty,when you do not look after your existing clients !!</p>
