If I could I’d definitely select zero stars

If I could I’d definitely select zero stars. Took my car for a service and by 5pm they had not washed the car, they gave it back without stamping my service book. I complained on their site, the manager called and promised to collect the car from me to wash it, sign and stamp my service book and refill fuel used. They collected the car and signed the service book but did not fill the fuel, when I sent an email I received no response from the manager or customer care. Absolutely disappointing and I won’t be using them ever again!
