i want my refund

i bought a car in september last year i was promised a refund for my bus ticket as i bought the car i durban and i was coming from bloemfontein the second promise was that they will also refund me for the car registration every time i call the consultant is empty promises i even spoke to his manager in december till today i am still waiting for my refund the sad part is that no one cares to even give me a call to follow up i am the one who always ask the consultant what is happening every time is lies their service is pathetic i will not recommend hyundai sherwood to any one the service there is terrible
