I want my car to be fixed

I took my car for a service on the 7th of April 2021 to Hyundai PMB and unfortunately there was an accident there with my car, till today my car is not fixed and I am the one who has to keep calling the Hyundai people to check what is happening... No one seems to be bothered to tell me what is happening, just when I call they tell me that they are waiting for approval. What I would like to know is how long does approval to fix a bumper and a light take with these companies. So since Hyundai is reliable for the damages may they please fix my car urgently
