I traded a BMW for a Ford mustang on the 28th January 2026. The BMW is not yet settled with the finance bank( standard bank) as still owing. The bank still demands monthly installments from me though the car was traded in. I contacted Cedrick(sales executive) about the matter, he keeps lying that the issues sorted and not picking my calls anymore, I escalated the matter to his manager(Lesley)with no success, the to Hyundai head office with no success, Their emails: *** *** ***
