I regret owning a Hyundai

I received the worst service from Hyundai Polokwane. It is not a pleasant experience to own a Hyundai truck. Everytime I go for service I am always the last to leave even though I am the First to arrive . Previous service they st********** my ignition and promised to order a new one which they called me to let me know that ignition was ordered. When I arrived at the dealership the part was not there and when I asked who should cover costs to come here,they said that is none of their concern.
