I have experience the worst possible service from Hyundai Ballito
I have experience the worst possible service from Hyundai Ballito. I purchased a Hyundai Creta on 21 May 2022 after trading in my Renault Triber at the same branch. 1st bad experience - Hyundai Ballito agreed to settle my Triber the following week, which was not done and my bank account was debited for the instalment for the Triber. I made numerous calls and sent emails I even contacted Hyundai South Africa but this was not resolved until I drove back to the branch and spoken to the branch DP, and the Triber was settled on 13 June 2022. But I was still not paid my refund on my debit order, after making a noise again and sending numerous emails I was refunded on 21 June 2022. 2nd Bad experience – I was told my vehicle will be installed with a tracking device for 36 months, I went in on 3 occasions for the tracking unit to be active. Apparently the tracking device on the vehicle was not working on 2 occasions and had to go in on the 3rd for the device to be installed properly. 3rd Bad Experience – when I purchased the vehicle the finance representative Vischal had entered the incorrect mileage on the documents (vehicles mileage was 102000, he entered 109000 on the documents), I mentioned this to him and his response was this is typo error and would not affect anything. My vehicle was due for service in July for the 105000 service, capital liquid refused to cover this service as the documents has the incorrect mileage and the vehicle was covered for 120 000km and 135 000km services only. My vehicle was already at Hyundai workshop. After phoning the Branch DP again, he arranged for the documents to be amended and the service was done. 4th bad experience – when I purchased this vehicle I was not informed that the vehicle log book had been misplaced and cannot be found. After purchasing the vehicle and using the vehicle until the permit was about to expire after a month I enquired as to when would I receive the number plates and licence disc, it was then I was told the vehicle log book had been misplaced and cannot be found and a duplicate logbook had been app**** for. On the 11 August I received a call from the sales person informing that the duplicate logbook had arrived and he requires the vehicle in order to get the road worthy done, I sent the vehicle on 12 August 2022 to Hyundai Ballito to get the road worthy done. Until now I have not received my licence disc and number plates. I contacted the sales person to find out on the when I would receive this, this was his response: 19 August 2022, (Hi Amit , apologies for that , our licensing clerk said that he'll have the registration to me by this afternoon or latest in the morning). 26 August 2022, (Hi Amit , they emailed today . The duplicate natis will be sent during the course of next week...). So now I am not sure how to get this resolved. I have purchased numerous vehicle before and never experienced issues like this. I also purchased from Hyundai Umhlanga.
