I have a query with Hyundai

I have a query with Hyundai. I bought a new Hyundai Creta from Sorings in July 2025. It just switched off on the 31Dec while we were playing the radio. The car battery was boosted by Hyundai assist but that didn't help, they them towed it to Kokstad on the 2January 2026. They can't diagnose the problem. Am stuck since then. They don't even give me the courtesy car.
