I am so disappointed in Hyundai East Rand

I am very disappointed in Hyundai East Rand, I bought a car on the 25th of January this year and their fni Natalie Sagathevin said the car is still under service plan. To my surprise last week one of their service team members called me and told me that the car is not under the plan and the plan for the car expired September 2019. I called her to find out and she gave me attitude telling me that I still have time to add the plan and sort out my finances! What a bad move from such a big company. Who on earth would buy a car from a dealership that's not under service plan? Honestly I would've bought it from someone in those small markets..
