Bad experience and service from hyundia Springfield durban...bought a brand new car..9 months the gear gave problems.. I sent in my vehicle from last year November till date it has not been repaired..they forever waiting for parts..this is my work vehicle..I am loosing on work..I am a 24hr locksmith I require a vehicle ..I called in to say give me a new vehicle in replacement of my vehicle ..they want to give me a vehicle which way more High in monthly installments which I can not afford..I even requested them to put in a new gear box which will be quicker to fix my old one..but no answer.. no calls..nothing..the service department lady Kamal never returns my calls ..never keeps to her promise...very bad service from this branch..I am extremely disappointed..my vehicle is still in thier possession..I don't even know when will I get it back...I am still paying my monthly installments..yet I don't have the vehicle in my possession. No customer service from this company.
