Hyunday - Where is your management and customer care

In June I bought a second hand vehicle from Hyundai Randburg. The entire process was a mess and I only got the car almost a week after the promised date. The real trouble started now, when I had to do repairs under the extended warranty that I purchased. The warranty was never app**** even though I paid almost R8000 for it. MY car is now stuck in the workshop while no one in Hyundai seem to care about the problem. Management is nowhere to be found. For the past two days everyone in Hyundai are in meetings. They do not come out and they do not read their emails.

I have never met a more *********** group of people who cares as little as this bunch
