Hyundaii10 problems

My sister in law bought a brand new Hyundai i10 cash from the pinetown branch. She has been having problems with this car for almost 3 months. Brakes and alignment and even steering control. Please help her as Hyundai is not helping her. She has taken the car to IQ in chatsworth and to Hyundai in durban south. They can see the problem but cant assist her to fix this car. My sister in law is notvery experienced with cars and thesethguys are taking advantage of her being a female. My sister in law was told to not drive this car as it is a hazard by your Hyundai workshop. But still nobody want to fix this car. The car is still under warranty and all service's are up to date. She wants to sell this car because she is scared to drive it.
