Hyundai you can do better.

Overall there were some things that could have been better with the car handover. When purchasing a brand new car you expect to be wowed. But I was not. Even Haval does a better job. For example: the time I waited to get my vehicle on the day of collection was really long. It took about 2-3 hours which was really long as I needed to get back to work. The vehicle was rushed to be cleaned so the valet (which is something you pay for - its included in the on the road costs) was not done properly. Overall while the staff was friendly and helpful the service delivery or execution failed for me.
