Hyundai Woodmead - Pathetic Service from Solomon Masedi

I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from the Hyundai Woodmead dealership. The finance guy, Riaan, was very friendly and helpful. However, I have received the most disappointing customer service from Solomon Masedi, the salesperson.

There were a number of things he had promised to deliver in the week after I bought my vehicle and these things were only actioned 2 weeks later. It's been 3 weeks now and I am still waiting for my number plates and a spare key to be delivered. I have to constantly call him or his manager to follow up because I never receive any communication from them regarding my vehicle.

Never in my life have I received such pathetic service from a business as I am receiving now at Hyundai Woodmead and especially with Solomon Masedi. He has made the experience of buying my first car a horrible and stressful one. I am absolutely disappointed and disturbed at the customer service and extreme lack of communication from this dealership and regret purchasing my car from here.
