Hyundai Wonderboom, the worst.

Terrible service for Hyundai Wonderboom in Pretoria. I have taken the vehicle in on 19 May 2022 and I still don't have my vehicle. What upsetting is that never even once have they initiated communication to update me on the progress on my vehicle. After following up they told me the parts are on back order for 21 day. They got the parts and started the repairs. I had to call them and only then, they told me the vehicle needs more work and they need another quote to be authorized. June 14, the second quote was authorized, after persistent follow ups from my end. Otherwise nothing would have happened.

I was told the parts will be delivered Monday 20th June. So I might get my car on Tuesday or Wednesday. I told by the service advisor. No communication from Hyundai. The service advisor not returning my calls. I had to go physically to the dealer. When I got there I was told the parts will be available on Thursday and I will get the car Friday.

I am currently waiting for someone to drop me off at Hyundai because they have not called to update me and they not returning my calls. This is kind of treatment I get from this dealer. It is now 37 days without a vehicle. It is Friday today and it doesn't look like I will be having my vehicle back. I don't know how long I still have to wait.
