Hyundai Wilropark - Dishonest

Hyuandai Wilropark branch is very dishonest. I was there in November (between the week of 13 – 16) to view and test drive. I was interested in the Venue, Ford ecosport and Creata ( 2 tone). I test drove all three cars. I was told at the time when test driving the cars that the venue would have R40 000 and the creta would have R40 000 to come of the selling price. The venue I test drove at the time drove nice. My husband came with me on the 17th to also test drive the venue again to make sure. We were given a 2022 model to test drive. (not knowing it at the time) when we were done, I told Adrea ( the sales lady, very pleasant lany) we would take the venue that we test drove. I took a photo of the license plate to make sure my car would not be swopped. I gave my 2018 Ford Kuga in as a trade in for the venue. As they said they would settle the Kuga. The following Monday / Tuesday came I received a phone call from Andrea letting me know that she gave me the wrong car to test drive and I was suppose to drive the 2021 model. She brought the venue to test drive, it did not drive well but I thought it was because I was just used to the Ford Kuga. But I told her I will take it beliveving I received all the correct information. The venue had scraches on which I was told they would buff out. When collecting the venue 23 November and giving my Kuga as trade in, I told them that the Kuga had to be settled that day as that was the time freight given. When my husband came that afternoon and viewed the car he said that the scraches on the can’t just be buffed out, there would be about 5 -6 panels that needed to be painted. When he drove the car arroud the block he could feel the the car is not right. The very next morning (Friday) 24 November we took the car back to Hyuandai Wilropark and said that the venue they gave me drives **** and it’s not the same as what we first test drove. My husband spoke to the manager (Pieter) there and showed him all the marks on the car. I told them I don’t want another venue anymore as they did not give all the information that was suppose to be given about the car. We told them I wanted to cancell the deal. I was told I can’t cancel the deal as they had settled my Ford Kuga car. So as per Pieter I had only 2 options and that was that they fix the venue or I take another car from them but I can’t cancell due to they already settled the Kuga. After viewing the cars on the floor I decided on the Creta, which was much higher priced as they did not have any cheaper priced creata’s. Pieter said that he would have to collect a creata in Boksburg. I told him my budget and asked if he could try giving a better price. So we left and I returned to Monday to test drive. Monday came and I test drove the creata, and decided to take it but the installment was to high. I asked if there was not a cheaper creata to fit my budget, when I questioned them about the creta I first test drove the previous week also had a R40 000 discount on it , they denied it all of a sudden. After spending most of my Monday at Hyuandi I gave in to the creta at R390 000.00 as I was under the impression that my kuga was already settled. I returned to Hyuandai on the 30 November to sign by Maria, when my debit order went off for the Kuga, I phoned the bank where the Kuga was financed just to be informed that the Kuga was only settled on the 28th November and not the 23 November as I was told!!!! Pieter and Adrea **** about settling the Kuga on the 23rd November. I wanted to cancelled everything. If I knew that the Kuga was not settled I would of cancelled everything. When prices and discounts are given it gets changed. The creta was not even collected at Boksburg branch as it came out they collected it at Hillfox branch. I WILL NEVER EVERY SUPPORT THEM AGAIN. They are very dishonest!!! I knew I had a cooling off period to cancell the contract but I was told I could not as the kuga had been settled but was not!!!!!
