Hyundai will rob you and deny liability

I went to Hyundai and made a deposit of R550000 aganist an H100 last year December. i went back in Feb to cancel my reserve for a car they had already sold anyway, i filled in refund forms only to be refunded 5000 and they said the R50000 never went into their account. My lawyer subpoena the bank and it confirmed that the account i paid this R50000 into was indeed Hyundai's account. I went to the head office but they refused liability even vicarious liability and they keep saying its not their account and this is between me and their employee Hyundai did not suffer any loss although this all transpired in their dealership i should deal with Siyabonga in person. its been a year i have lost out on a lot of legal fees, they accepted guilt but said they will settle R20000 only, how about my lawyers fees, how about the stress and suffering they have caused me , how about the interest over 12 months and how about the full R50000 i paid in their account. BUY ANY OTHER CAR PLIZ STAY AWAY FROM HYUNDAI THEY WILL ROB YOU IN BROAD DAY LIGHT.
