Hyundai Venue

I own a Hyundai Venue, which is a great car, and which I am very happy with overall... except that it is almost impossible to get parts for this car. My Hyundai Venue has been standing at De Jongh's Panelbeaters in Strand for almost 3 months now, since final repairwork cannot be done because a final part is not arriving for this car. The final ETA was yesterday, after weeks of multiple delays, and yet again - no part, and for me, no car. Does it help that this is a great car if one can't drive it? If this is the kind of support Hyundai offers, I don't think my next car will be Hyundai again.
