Hyundai Umhlanga is a bunch of ******!! I bought my car there last year August & specifically requested not to have any value added products on my credit account. I told Vasu Pillay the sales person that I have an insurance already which I took out but to my surprise, at the end of the same month I receive emails from m-sure regarding a shortfall whoch was added, email from Telematics for a Beamie tracking device. I called to cancel those products but they still continued charging me for the tracker. Six months later, I escalated this matter to Rodney Govender the Exec Account Manager from Telematics Durban to refund my Wesbank account, he blocked me on their server to prevent me from sending emails. Tasmeeya Rahimbaccus the Accounts Manager at Hyundai, blankly ignored my email, pleading for assistance to get the refund of the money which I have been unduly charged by Wesbank as a result of what Hyundai Umhlanga did. What they are doing to clients is very unfair, I did authorized any of the added products and had I been an ******** person I wouldn't even be aware of this. I'm taking this further! The implication of this on my credit is very dire, considering that the repo rate went up twice since I opened my credit with Wesbank and all the interest I have been charged thus far!
