Hyundai Tuscon with Sunroof

If I were to rate my serviced at Hyundai Parden Eiland, would be at zero. Never ever buy these newest modern cars with a sunroof from Hyundai. Let alone that they are very expensive, you wouldn't mind when purchasing it as the sunroof is a feature on its own. Till you experience the sunroof problem. Started having issues with my sunroof as from 2021 November. took it to Hyundai Parden Eiland, the car stayed at their premises for more than a week (Such inconvenience on my side as I work on the road, and I need a car daily for the business. They gave me my car back as the technician was struggling to fix it. And told me i can bring it back anytime when ready and have made other arrangement for a car that i can use while they have mine for repairs. (I NEED TO MAKE ARRAGMENTS FOR A POOLE CAR!!!) i then called in after i came back from my OPP. to make bookings and i was told to contact heard office. Like ***, they told me that i can bring my car when ready. and now i am sent back and forth. Both my previous cars purchased from Hyundai. never had any problem. Purchased my Tucson with sunroof and now i am having the biggest regrets. I want Hyundai to sort this out Asap.
