Hyundai Tucson DUD aspects

I bought a new Tucson in July 2019. Great vehicle, great Edenvale Dealer/people, but Hyundai’s HO is inept if you complain for solid good reason and quickly shun and dump you so you’re stonewalled. But this new model has some dud aspects: 1) They took away the essential air vent wheels on the dashboard, resulting in bad ventilation control. The passenger gets strong direct air even when vents are so called closed by lever. Big story & handicap to involved to describe here. 2) My model I’m told was manufactured in Turkey. Problem is the controls either side of the steering column are on the wrong side to where they should be on traditional Hyundai’s. Eg: The indicator arm is left and not right. Highly annoying. 3) The rear wheels body arch is lined with felt for road noise dampening purposes .Normally it’s plastic. Problem is felt absorbs much water and retains it. So when parking in your garage water drips strongly for an hour. So your garage floor has big puddles of water on it all the time. Horrible.
