Hyundai The Glen - Stay away

this a a bit of a delayed complaint as I have been away and have not had the time to post it. I just want to warn any potential car buyer to avoid using The Glen branch. I have supported the Hyundai Branch for well of 15 years and been happy.<br> I bought a new IX35 Special Edition 1.7 Diesel and had a gearbox issue before my car even reached 2000 Kms. Thats when I truly saw how much hyundai the Glen really care. Firstly promised a Sante Fe as a courtesy car, Which I had to fetch and wait around for.... ended up getting a elantra but that was not the major issue. I was NEVER called back by the SALES Manager I waited almost a month for my Car to eventually get repaired as I wanted a new one,<br> I was told car was fixed and just been test driven then I heard the car was been sent to have the gearbox replaced from a different branch. The DP was the only one that called back when he said he would but shouted at me on the phone and threatened me that he had a deal but would not help me now... really speaking to your clients like that!<br> And to top it off, when i got car back, number plates in packet on back seat, cant even put my plates on. DONT want The Glen to contact me. hyundai SA can
