Hyundai The Glen - Shocking

Where do i begin...<br> We went to see a vehicle advertised on the Net.<br> We arrived only to not be able to start the car. My boyfriend had to fit a new battery as the salesman was too useless to do so. Eventually got the car started. <br> We then went back for a second test drive and ran out of petrol.<br> The car consistantly didn't feel right, but decided to purchase it anyway on their promise they would sort it out.<br> It was due to do its 100 point check and have a service. Somehow it passed it's check with lights that were hanging off the bumper, no mats and a front light that didn't work.<br> <br> We struggled to get the paper work from the as to what exactly they had done to the car in terms of service. Weeks and weeks. They were late in getting the reg done and getting me the plates, so i got a fine for the paper plates being expired. They said they would settle this. It is now 6 month later - i had to pay for it and no refund to date.<br> <br> I have constantly been fed lies, unbelievable incompetence and uselessnes from start to finish.<br> <br> <br>
