Hyundai the Glen bad service

Hyundai the Glen parts department don’t know what they doing. Bought a seal for my car and the sales person ordered a wrong seal now they telling me the can’t refund or exchange for something of the same price and now I must keep something I can’t use. Not the first time getting bad service from them.
