Went to Hyundai The Glen yesterday coz my battery was failing me on the arrival Adri Havenga was supposed to assist me and I really felt emotionally tortured as she kept on dismissing me and further misled me by saying my battery warranty has been canceled... when I took out my laptop to show her proof the lady said Argghhhaaaa. And printed documents in a second and throw them to my face. Adri Havenga made me feel like she's making me a huge favour by assisting me and also I'm a discounted customer. Hyundai the Glen is definitely not for black people but white. The lady was very rude and lack customer service qualities and skills
