<p>Please ensure today that your car has tracking device if you bought your car from Hyundai The Glen</p> <p>I bought my Sonata from The Glen Dealership 1june 2015, when I bought the car they sold me a Matrix Tracking system as well,</p> <p>2 months later I enquired in case of an emergency what Procedure I should follow to use the matrix tracking?</p> <p>that's when I found out they didn't install the tracking system at all which I have paid for,</p> <p>to date I was dealing with different people and getting FALSE EMPTY Promises for reimbur*****t,</p> <p>two months ago I went to The Dealer Principal directly and like others he also said he will sort-out the problem within a day and nothing has materialise up till now, he has not resolved this matter to date,</p>
