Hyundai strijdom park service

I've been bringing my car for service at Hyundai Strijdom park for a while now and each time I'd wait for a shuttle for well over an hour and a half, there's never been a time I didn't complain about the waiting. Today was the longest I waited, the shuttle coming at 10am arriving at work at almost 11. I'll never bring my car to this dealership ever!!! They even have the nerve to offer me another car.
