Hyundai Stanger ************

We purchased a Hyundai Atos from Hyundai Stanger in October 2024. Now in January 2025 we decided to sell it as we were not happy with the drive. We contacted " we buy cars:" after an inspection they advised that the low offer they were giving us was based on the fact that the car had "work" done on it. We were taken by surprise. We contacted the dealership, they said they were not aware of this when they purchased the car. Our argument is , they signed the car and because of this they should " fix" the problem. Pay us the decifit to the offer from " we buy cars" if we sell privately we will lose out alot more and would therefore need alot more for our next purchase. The owner of the dealership in Stanger gave us options but nothing that was to our advantage. Disappointing chain of events to say the least. When we went to view this car on a Sunday. The owner Jock his sister was there . She was very friendly and informed us how important customers are to them and their reputation is off utmost important....funny how people's honesty and credibility can be off no importance once a deal has been done. Now we are sitting with a car that has devalued and for them business will continue and another unsuspecting customer will be **********.
