Hyundai Springfield - The lie & promise capital of KZN Why do you even have to give them one star ?

What a terrible experience after I always received excellent service from Hyundai. From the beginning when I walked thru the door to possibly purchase the promises started.

The salesman Sharaaz promised you the world and never delivered anything as agreed. Numerous times we had to check up on him to get an update or just to hear if all was on track. Numerous lies and promises later left a very bad taste. Eventually on deliver the we were handed a huge pile of documents to keep on hand to use as a number plate. ( Delivery 22 May 2020 ) No Auto armor and till today no comeback - STILL WAITING ( 02 SEPT 2020 ) We received the car with some scratches and all was made aware !! - STILL WAITING The above mentioned number plate was only delivered on the 31 Aug 2020 more than 3 months later !!! We had to phone numerous times when we were given plenty of attitude !!

Springfield actually phone me to sell a new car and I gave the poor gentleman a mouth full and only then we were phoned to arrange the plates.

Again MR Sharaaz had plenty of great stories to tell and admitted they forgot me...the arrogance !!! I waited yet another week where I drove myself to fit...no calls. After my fitment I actually mentioned all to the Dealer principal but still waiting for his call... Please note I don't expect any special service but no lies and promises.

Springfield Hyundai failed from the salesman to management. Worst service ever and I will spread the word !!!!
