Hyundai Springfield Durban won't give me courtesy car.!

Hi I bought a brand new hyundai tucson car at hyundai Springfield in durban. The car gave me dashboard issues I sent it back to the dealership and they refuse to give me a courtesy car even though I'm paying monthly installments. The car has a factory fault and I'm not liable for the fault however they don't want to assist me with a courtesy car. I can't get hold of the manager as well. I been calling them almost every day. Please assist as this is very frustrating and stressing. Thank You
