Hyundai South Africa, Eastvaal motors Witbank, Westvaal Secunda & Hyundai East Rand

I actually cannot complain about service if there is no service. There is no service due to a lack of believe in their Product. Here with the history of my claim. On the 24th January 2018 on my way driving Home I discovered that my car has lost some Power. I am driving 190km round trip to work and back every day. There was no warning light on when it happened, I drove home the last 20Km with this problem. When I got home I switch the car off and restarted it could only determine that the engine don’t want to pick up revolution’s. The next morning the 25th January 2018 when I started the car there was an engine malfunction indication light on. I the drove to the Garage across the street from my Home, checked the oil water levels and its was all fine. I called in to work to take the day off to that I can take care of the problem. 07:30 I called the local Hyundai garage in Trichardt, they informed me that they do not have a service centre and there place and that I must take the car to West Vaal garage they have got the contract with them to service Hyundai vehicle’s. I gave them a call and the lady in the service department said that I must bring in the car to look at is. When I arrived, I discovered that their machines was not up dated to do a diagnostic on the IX35 and that there computer was send away for the required up dates. The workshop Foreman took my detail and said that he will call me in when they were able to carry out the diagnostics. He also informed me that I can drive the car like that and that it will only have a loss in power. This power loss is a action to protect that motor from being damaged. That same day made a call to several other garages and they where not able to assist me in this regard. The last garage I have contacted was one in Boksburg. The Service Foreman said that I can bring the car through to him and that he will do the diagnostic for me and that I must ensure that I do not over rev the car. After they he have done the diagnostic he in formed me that there is a P2563 error code that is the problem and that he require the car to stay with him for two days. I requested a curtesy vehicle for I am from Secunda. He could not provide me with one and said that I can drive the car with this problem nothing will happen. So I when home and drove to work and back for the next week waiting for the Service Centre in Secunda to call me. In the mean time I when onto Hyundai Web Site requesting assistance. With only a Sales person replying. One week later 1st February 2018. I drove by the Service Centre in Secunda. To ask them if they now, can do the full Diagnostic to determine what is the fault. They wanted to book in my car but did not have a Curtesy car so they said I must wait for a call when I can bring my car in. Then this week Wednesday I call the Hyundai Service Centre in Witbank close to where I work and explain my predicament. We made an appointment for Yesterday to do the Diagnostics on the car. The attached PDF file is the outcome their off. They also said that they don’t give Courtesy cars, not even when it is a warrant claim. They recommend that I take my car back to Secunda. They don’t what to do the work. Can I please get someone from Hyundai assistance to get me on the right path in getting my car fixed.
