Hyundai South Africa doesn't want to admit factory fault ( pulling of paint) on Hyundai i20 2015 models

Hyundai South Africa doesn't want to admit factory fault ( pulling of paint) on Hyundai i20 2015 models. I have seen more than 10 cars on the roads with the same problem. I tried to report the issue, and they told me that my car is out of warranty. Me and my family will never buy Hyundai cars anymore.Thanks
