Hyundai South Africa

I'm currently having a very bad service experience with Hyundai South Africa in cooperation with Mayfair Gearbox. It's been almost 3 months of struggle with them and they have my vehicle and failing to provide me with a loan vehicle. Tried calling Hyundai South Africa for assistance and never got hold of them for days. I'm very frustrated and angry.
